What you actually pay
- The price is in rupees
- Not a dollar price converted at checkout. What the plan says is what you pay, whatever the exchange rate does that month — that part is our problem.
- Khalti's fee is on top
- Every plan above shows it before you decide, so the Khalti page never asks for more than you expected.
- Nothing renews on its own
- Buy 1, 3, 6 or 12 months up front. No card is stored and nothing charges you again — we email you before it ends so you can decide.
- Every plan answers everywhere
- Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Viber on all of them, and the assistant does the same job on each. What mostly changes with the price is how much it can handle in a month — anything a higher plan adds is on its card.

What happens when it runs out
Both of these are asked after someone has paid. Here they are before.
If the month's allowance is used up
Your assistant stops answering new customers until you add more — we email you well before it gets there. And the customers it couldn't reply to in the last day get their answer as soon as you top up, so a busy afternoon doesn't cost you the customers in it.
If a plan ends and you don't renew
Nothing is deleted and your assistant keeps answering — on the free allowance, which is much smaller and a busy week uses up. Your conversations, customers and settings are all still there when you come back.
