Questions people ask before connecting

Do I need a Facebook Page to connect Instagram?

No. You sign in with the Instagram account itself. A Business or Creator account is all it takes, and switching to one is free.

Does it reply to comments?

Yes, in private: the commenter gets the answer in their inbox and a short public reply under the post, so your price isn't posted for every competitor. It's included on the plans that list it.

Can I still reply myself?

Yes. Every DM and comment is in your Inbox, where you take over with one tap; the assistant stays quiet on that chat while you're in it. After a customer's last message, Instagram lets a person reply for a week, and the assistant for a day.

Will it post or follow anyone from my account?

No. It reads and answers DMs and comments. It never publishes a post or a story, follows anyone, or changes the account, and the permission it holds can be removed in your Instagram settings at any time.

Is it safe to give an AI my Instagram?

The account stays yours, on your own login. Message text is stored encrypted, and a conversation goes to our AI provider only to write the reply, never to train its models.
